Washington Car Accident Death

by admin on June 2, 2009

Man dies in Washington car crash near Skykomish

A 22-year-old Leavenworth man died early Saturday morning when his car went off Highway 2 near Skykomish and struck a tree.

The accident happened around 4:30 a.m., according to the Washington State Patrol. The man, who was wearing a seat belt, was traveling westbound on Highway 2. He was dead by the time emergency vehicles arrived. There were no passengers.

Will there be a Washington wrongful death claim?

Any Washington car accident lawyer could not help this boy’s family receive a Washington wrongful death claim. As unfortunate as it is there was no others involved in the crash, therefore his death could not have been caused by the negligence of another, which is essential in any personal injury claim.
